Booking terms
A few clear rules, the same ones you'll find on Airbnb.
Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed once paid through Stripe. The price includes exclusive use of the villa, garden and pool, utilities, linen and final cleaning. Tourist tax, where due, is paid on site.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Between 30 and 14 days before, we refund 50%. Less than 14 days before, or in case of no-show, no refund.
Arrival and departure
Self check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. We can store luggage for early arrivals and late departures.
Guests and house rules
Maximum 6 guests. No parties. The pool is not fenced: children must always be supervised by an adult. Please treat the house and garden with care and tell us right away about any damage.
Liability
Use of the pool, hot tub, gym and bicycles is at guests' own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
