What we collect
When you book or send a request: name, email, phone (optional), stay dates, number of guests and the message you leave us. Card details never touch our site: Stripe handles them.
Why we use it
To confirm and manage your booking, send you arrival instructions, meet legal obligations (guest registration with the Italian police and tourist tax) and answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), Nominalia (email), Vercel (hosting). None of our providers use your data for their own purposes. We never sell or pass data on for marketing.
How long we keep it
Booking data for 10 years, as required by Italian tax law. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Only what is strictly needed for the pages to work.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). Just write to us.
